Lucy George is a marketing strategist, photographer, writer, and web and graphic designer here at Galvanized Creative.
Lucy is a recent graduate from Michigan State University’s college of Social Science, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree.
She prides herself on her creativity, as well as her ability and desire to problem-solve.
Brielle Maxwell
COO + Project Manager
Brielle has spent the last decade shaping how people experience digital products — bringing a UX background that's equal parts empathy and strategy. Now, as the COO and project manager at a Galvanized Creative, she's the person who makes sure the creative and operational sides of the business are actually speaking the same language.
Day-to-day, that means keeping projects moving, clearing the roadblocks that slow teams down, and connecting the dots between big-picture vision and on-the-ground execution. With five years in project management layered on top of her UX roots, Brielle has a rare ability to see both the user's perspective and the business's needs — and to bring the right people together to meet them.
Brielle is drawn to work that lives at the intersection of people and process, and she's always chasing the next interesting problem. At Galvanized Creative, that's led her to the front lines of AI optimization, finding smart ways to weave emerging tools into the work we do without losing the human touch.
Crystal Pledger

Crystal Pledger is our Website Developer & Conversion Optimization Specialist with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences and helping brands grow online. A proud graduate of Baker College, Crystal earned both her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Web Development. Before college, she attended Mona Shores High School, where she was actively involved in marching band, orchestra winds, concert band, Sailor Brass, art club, and America’s Tallest Singing Christmas Tree.
Originally from Norton Shores, Crystal recently purchased her first home in Grand Haven, Michigan with her husband, Jake, and their energetic border collie, Shep. Outside of work, she’s always chasing adventure and creativity—whether that’s snowboarding, skiing, hiking, biking, bowling, figure skating, crafting, or tending to her growing collection of plants.
Crystal’s personality shines through her love for music, movies, and travel. Her playlists range from Royal Blood and Greta Van Fleet to Chris Cornell and classic 80s hits, while her favorite fandoms include Harry Potter, Stranger Things, and Twilight. She’s currently planning a dream trip to Europe this September and looks forward to her annual getaway to Mackinac Island.
